Your Next Chapter

Before and After Executive Functioning Coaching

Is This You?

  • You find it hard to stick to planners, systems and routines.

  • You feel task initiation paralysis, i.e. too overwhelmed to get started, and once started, struggle to follow-through

  • You have all-or-nothing thinking, abandoning plans if things don’t unfold as expected or you don’t do things “perfectly”

  • You feel overwhelmed by to-do’s, you struggle to prioritize and complete them

  • You feel stuck and directionless

What You’ll Gain:

  • You’ll create systems that keep you organized, on track, and in control.

  • You’ll start tasks calmly and follow through with confidence.

  • You’ll replace chaos with clarity — knowing what to focus on and when.

  • You’ll build routines that support your energy, health, and well-being.

  • You’ll handle setbacks with flexibility and self-trust instead of frustration.

  • You’ll clarify your values, define your direction, and build a path that feels purposeful and aligned.

The Universals

Common struggles my clients face, no matter their stage of life or career:

The result: daily life feels heavier than it should. Learn how to work with your brain—and move forward with clarity.

Maintaining focus—either feeling stuck on boring tasks or hyperfocusing on the wrong things

Managing communication, paperwork, and admin tasks (emails, appointments, insurance)

Staying productive without external structure or deadlines

Deciding what to work on now and where they’re headed long-term

Starting and finishing larger projects at home, work, or school

Keeping up with daily life tasks, self-care, and routines

Who I Work With

Students, Creatives, and Professionals with Executive Functioning Challenges or ADHD

  • I work with students who are challenged by organization, time management, and follow-through. My clients often struggle with planning, prioritizing, proactive communication with professors and colleagues, self advocacy, and utilizing school supports. Our work focuses on building sustainable systems for managing assignments and deadlines, strategic use of school resources, improving communication, and fostering academic relationships so school feels more manageable, community is fostered, confidence grows, and effort translates into successful results.

  • I work with creatives who have strong ideas and vision, but struggle with structure, consistency, or follow-through. Many creatives feel blocked by overwhelm, perfectionism, or difficulty translating ideas into manageable steps. We build flexible systems that support creativity, helping you organize your time, energy, and projects in a way that allows ideas to come to fruition sustainably.

  • I work with professionals who feel overwhelmed by competing priorities, constant demands, or the sense that they’re always behind. The challenge is the cognitive load of modern work: juggling meetings, emails, projects, and personal responsibilities without enough structure to support it all. Through coaching, we create clear systems for decision-making, time use, and follow-through.

What to expect

Our sessions blend reflection, strategy, and practical action. Together, we’ll clarify what’s getting in your way, design tools and systems that fit your life, and meet regularly to support consistency and follow-through.

Every client’s work is different, but our coaching typically focuses on one or more of the following areas.

Most clients move between these focus areas over time as their needs evolve.

Focus Areas

  • Foundations

Build practical systems for focus, organization, and calm.

  • Transitions

Find clarity and momentum during change.

  • Projects & Goals

Break stalled projects into manageable steps and follow through to completion.

What I Offer

  • Systems for organization, time management, and follow-through

  • Routines that support focus, energy, and productivity

  • Strategies to handle setbacks and stay on track

  • Guidance to align your goals with practical action

How We Work Together

Sessions are offered in 45-minute formats, and typically meet weekly.

All sessions are held virtually. Between sessions, I offer brief check-ins to support continuity, depending on your needs and preferences.

Our initial sessions will identify your challenges, strengths, goals and neurocognitive profile.

In subsequent sessions we will work side by side, tackling your real life stuck points, creating structure, and practicing organizational habits.

We will set appropriate goals between session to practice independently and build your executive functioning muscles.

I am happy to collaborate with members of your treatment team (psychiatrists, therapists, dieticians etc.) to maximize your success.

Over time, as you internalize new skills, my support gradually fades, my goal is to render myself useless.
