Executive Functioning and ADHD Coaching

Clarity, structure, and momentum for your next chapter.

Before and After Executive Functioning Coaching:

What You’ll Gain:

  • You’ll create systems that keep you organized, on track, and in control.

  • You’ll start tasks calmly and follow through with confidence.

  • You’ll replace chaos with clarity — knowing what to focus on and when.

  • You’ll build routines that support your energy, health, and well-being.

  • You’ll handle setbacks with flexibility and self-trust instead of frustration.

  • You’ll clarify your values, define your direction, and build a path that feels purposeful and aligned.

Is this You?

  • You’ve tried planners and systems, but they never seem to stick.

  • You start projects full of energy, then lose momentum halfway through.

  • Your days feel busy but not productive, more reactive than intentional.

  • You know what you should be doing, but getting started feels hard.

  • You feel stuck or directionless, unsure what you want or how to create a path that fits.

Creatives

You have strong ideas and vision, but struggle with structure, consistency, or follow-through. You may feel blocked by overwhelm, perfectionism, or difficulty translating ideas into manageable steps. We build flexible systems that support creativity, helping you organize your time, energy, and projects in a way that allows ideas to come to fruition sustainably.

Who I Work With:

Students, Creatives, and Professionals with Executive Functioning Challenges or ADHD

Students

You feel stuck when it comes to organization, time management, and follow-through. You may struggle with planning, prioritizing, and keeping up with the demands of school. Our work focuses on building sustainable systems for managing assignments, deadlines, and energy so school feels more manageable, confidence grows, and effort translates into successful results.

How We’ll Work Together:

Our sessions blend reflection, strategy, and practical action. Together, we’ll clarify what’s getting in your way, design tools and systems that fit your life, and meet regularly to support consistency and follow-through.

Every client’s work is different, but our coaching typically focuses on one or more of the following areas.

Most clients move between these focus areas over time as their needs evolve.

Foundations

Build practical skills and systems that keep life running smoothly — from managing time and responsibilities to creating routines that support focus, organization, and calm.

Session Format/ Logistics

Sessions are offered in 45-minute formats, and typically meet weekly.

All sessions are held virtually. Between sessions, I offer brief check-ins to support continuity, depending on your needs and preferences.

Our initial sessions will identify your challenges, strengths, goals and neurocognitive profile.

In subsequent sessions we will work side by side, tackling your real life stuck points, creating structure, and practicing organizational habits.

We will set appropriate goals between session to practice independently and build your executive functioning muscles.

I am happy to collaborate with members of your treatment team (psychiatrists, therapists, dieticians etc.) to maximize your success.

Over time, as you internalize new skills, my support gradually fades, my goal is to render myself useless.

Navigating Transitions

Find clarity and momentum during seasons of change. Explore new directions, establish grounding routines, and chart next steps with confidence and accountability.

Specific Projects

Some clients come to coaching with a specific project that feels hard to move forward on, it requires sustained attention, multiple steps, and consistent follow-through over time. This might be an academic, creative, or professional project that has stalled or feels overwhelming. In these cases, our work focuses on breaking the project into manageable pieces, creating realistic timelines, and building systems that support momentum and completion without burnout.

Professionals

You feel overwhelmed by competing priorities, constant demands, or the sense that you’re always behind. You are challenged by cognitive load of modern work: juggling meetings, emails, projects, and personal responsibilities without enough structure to support it all. Through coaching, we create clear systems for decision-making, time use, and follow-through, so work feels more intentional, less reactive, and more aligned with priorities.
